Yana Gogoll is the CEO and co-owner of andagon Holding GmbH, a German group of companies headquartered in Cologne, specializing in software testing, test automation, and digital transformation.
With nearly 20 years of experience, she leads a portfolio delivering IT services, AI-powered platforms, automation tools, and professional training — serving top-tier government agencies and multinational corporations. The holding was recognized as a Top 100 Innovator in Germany in 2020.
