Yana Gogoll is the CEO and co-owner of andagon Holding GmbH, headquartered in Cologne, Germany.

With nearly 20 years of experience around software testing, test automation, and digital transformation, she leads a group of companies delivering IT services, AI powered platforms, automation tools, and professional training.

Under her leadership, andagon advances a people first culture, builds self-managed teams, and fosters long term partnerships that turn strategy into measurable value.

The holding includes andagon people (consulting and managed services in software QA), andagon academy (QA trainings and certifications including ISTQB), aqua cloud (AI powered test management platform), App4Business (automation solutions), and several startup projects. The company was recognized as a Top 100 Innovator in Germany (2020).

Yana holds degrees in Economics and International Marketing and continues postgraduate studies in business management and leadership. She has formal training in business coaching, which she applies both in operational work and as a “player coach” for executives seeking stronger leadership skills and new business ideas.
